Cancellation policy
To avoid a 100% cancellation fee of all services booked we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or modify any appointments.
All appointments will receive a text and email reminder 4 days prior.

Reservations
JOELLE ANISSE SALON requires a credit card to reserve an appointment.
Arrivals
Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time to allow us to check you in and get you set up for your appointment.A late arrival may result in a shortened service. Please Arrive with dry hair.
Do not use any sort of root touch up spray or powder prior to your appointment. If these products are in your hair, we cannot guarantee full coverage for root touch ups.
We have different pricing tiers based on years on the floor and level of expertise.Junior Stylist, Stylist, and Senior Stylist.
Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within ONE week of your appointment
