We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service. This allows us to respect our stylists’ time and offer the appointment to another guest.

A valid credit card may be required to hold certain appointments. Card information is stored securely through our booking platform and used in accordance with our cancellation policy.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time. Depending on the schedule, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to maintain quality for you and other guests.

Services marked with a ‘+’ indicate starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, service complexity, and stylist level. Services are priced à la carte unless otherwise specified.

We want you to love your hair. If you have a concern about your service, please contact the salon within two weeks of your appointment so we can evaluate your hair and determine the appropriate adjustment.

Consultations are recommended or required for select services including extensions, major color changes, and gray blending. Your stylist will confirm timing and pricing during your consultation.
